 2 bananas, frozen
 4 ice cubes
 ½ cup coconut yoghurt (TIP: swap out for natural Greek yoghurt)
 1 medjool date, pitted
 1 tbsp cacao powder (or coco)
 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
 ¼ cup hemp seed milk
Toppings
 sliced fresh banana
 new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled
 goji berries
 cacao powder (or coco)

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with sliced fresh banana, new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled, goji berries, and a sprinkle of cacao powder (or any other nuts, seeds or fruits you love!)

Notes:

When freezing bananas, make sure they are ripe. Cut into chunks and freeze in a snap lock plastic bag.

Plain yoghurt can replace the coconut yoghurt. Cocoa powder can be used in place of cacao powder. Any pitted date will do though medjool dates have a particular caramel-like flavour.
