 ½ banana, frozen
 1 tbsp cacao powder
 1 tbsp new hemisphere™ Hemp Protein
 ½ cup berries, frozen or fresh
 1 tbsp almond butter
 1 medjool date, pitted
 ½ cup hemp seed milk
Toppings
 pumpkin seeds
 new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with pumpkin seeds and new hemisphere™ Hemp Seed Hulled.

Notes:

When freezing bananas, make sure they are ripe. Cut into chunks and freeze in a snap lock plastic bag.

You can substitute cocoa powder for cacao powder.

If you don't have almond butter, any nut butter will do.
