new hemisphere™ Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil, is rich, nutty and delicate in flavour. This oil contains a naturally occurring nutritional balance of Essential Fatty Acids (EFA’s). This includes the EFAs Omega-6 (Linoleic Acid) and Omega-3 (Alpha Linolenic Acid) in a 3:1 ratio, which is considered an essential part of a balanced diet.

Ingredients:

100% Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil. This oil is Cold Pressed and produced without the use of solvents. Some sediment may occur.

Instructions for use & storage:

Use as a base for salad dressings, drizzle over pasta & potatoes, enhance the flavour of fish, seafood, meats & vegetables and enjoy as a dipping oil – check out our recipes for more ideas.

Take a 15ml tablespoon daily – can be taken off the spoon or mixed with fruit juice, yoghurt and smoothies, an excellent choice for very young children or those unable to swallow capsules.

As the oil is cold pressed and produced naturally, some sediment may be present. Do not shake.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months. Not suitable for frying.
